This option provides a personalized program you can follow anywhere. You'll receive a structured plan tailored to your goals, along with guidance on exercises, progression and consistency. This option is ideal for those who want flexibility while still having coaching support and accountability.

Your meal plan is designed to support your goals with simple, balanced nutrition. You'll receive clear guidance on portions and food choices that help fuel training, improve recovery, and create sustainable habits. Plans are structured, easy to follow, and adjustable based on lifestyle and progress.

With over 5 years of personal training experience, having lost over 100 lb and competing in multiple bodybuilding competitions, discipline nothing new. My own transformation taught me the value of consistency, structure and patience. Those lessons are the foundation of how I coach today.
First Session – Complimentary
Your first personal training session is provided at no cost. This session is used for assessment, goal setting, and determining the best training approach moving forward.
Session Payment
All personal training sessions after the initial complimentary session must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session time. Sessions will not be held without confirmed payment unless previously arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect both client and trainer time, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session time are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $25 fee.
Missed Sessions (No-Shows)
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is subject to the same $25 fee.
After one missed session, a deposit will be required to book future personal training appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled session.
Agreement
By booking a personal training session, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
